The Owner, Administrator, and Director of Nursing of Devoted Journey Home Health leads with a strong commitment to compassion, clinical excellence, and patient-centered service. As a Registered Nurse specializing in Skilled Nursing with an emphasis on geriatrics and wound care, she brings more than 15 years of experience in home health direct patient care and management.

Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to serving the aging population with respect, dignity, and exceptional clinical skill. Her extensive background in complex wound care, chronic disease management, geriatric assessment, and home-based skilled nursing allows her to ensure that each patient receives individualized, evidence-based care.

At Devoted Journey Home Health, Devon oversees all aspects of agency operations, including regulatory compliance, staff training, quality assurance, and clinical oversight. Her leadership style is hands-on, proactive, and rooted in the belief that home health care should be both compassionate and reliable.

Jami Berkey

Serves as the Alternate Administrator, Office Manager, and Billing Specialist at Devoted Journey Home Health, bringing over 15 years of experience in home health administration. With specialized expertise in Medicare billing regulations and insurance requirements, she plays a key role in maintaining compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

As Alternate Administrator, Jami supports agency leadership with regulatory oversight and operational coordination. In her role as Office Manager, she ensures efficient scheduling, communication, and patient coordination. Her strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities help create a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Jami’s knowledge of Medicare guidelines and insurance processes enables accurate claims handling and effective coordination with payers. Her dedication and reliability make her an essential member of the Devoted Journey Home Health leadership team.
